Those public sector workers!
Always wanting more more more - well how about performance related pay?
For the cops - arrest more people and get a conviction - £20 per crim? that should help out.
Teachers - better exam results = more cash £20 per pupil getting a 'B' or above - should help those revision lectures be more 'useful'
Council workers......nah - cut their pay - thereby reducing council tax burden - a sure fire winner.
Clarkson for Prime Minister

Well I marched on Whitehall the other day with 22,499 colleagues!
